Preview: New2 and Zaya at White Walls and Shooting Gallery

This Saturday, December 15, San Francisco sister galleries White Walls and Shooting Gallery will debut two solo shows: New2′s “In One Hand a Ghost, the Other an Atom” and Zaya’s “Steppe Warriors.” Hailing from Mongolia, Zaya creates soft watercolor and ink paintings inspired by Mongolian folklore and contemporary Asian art. Working with a bright, angular aesthetic evocative of Futurism, emerging Australian artist New2 deconstructs graffiti lettering with his meticulous collages made from stacks of cut paper.
