Rendered completely in watercolor, Laura Ball‘s fanciful paintings of animals astound with their level of detail. The artist will debut a new body of work, “Minotaur” at David B. Smith Gallery in Denver this Friday, December 14. Using animals as a way to explore the subconscious drives of humans, Ball’s “creatures of the mind” come together in beautiful, harmonious shapes.
